Stage No. 2:- Patient starts forgetting words or misplacing objects. It is due to the normal aging process.
Stage NO. 3:- The patient suffers short-term memory loss. Unable to make the plan any work. Frequently misplacing and losing things.
Stage No. 4:- Lose interest in the things that they used to enjoy, avoid meeting people and social events. In this stage signs and symptoms of cognitive decline become clear to every near and dear of the patient.
Stage No.5:- In this stage patient suffer major memory disturbance, forgets his phone no. and address.
Stage No. 6:- Patient suffers from severe confusion and anxiety, so worsen condition can not go to the bathroom without help.
Stage No. 7:- It is the last stage of dementia. The patient is completely dependent on others to perform his daily routine activities such as, walking, bathing, eating, drinking. Unable to control bowel and bladder.
Alzheimer’s disease occur due to shrinking the brain and damage or die of brain cell which causes memory loss gradually.
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurologic disorder that causes memory loss and cognitive function. It is the most common cause of dementia. In the early stage, people forget the recent events and conversations, gradually develop memory loss and impairment, and lose the ability of day to day work independently. No treatment can cure this disease or alter the disease process in the brain. In advance stages complications such as severe loss of brain function, dehydration, malnutrition, etc.
Early symptoms of Alzheimer’s are,
- Unable to remember the incident that happened just.
- Unable to plan any work or solve problems.
- Misplacing things.
- Change in mood and personality.
- Unable to remember the dates, seasons, and times.
- Poor decision-making.
- Unable to do conversation with another person.
- Feeling difficulty to complete familiar

Further medication and psychotherapy under the supervision of a specialist in the respective field are necessary for proper treatment.
Patients are required to take proper, balanced, nutrients foods and vegetables regularly as per the advice of dieticians.
