Good health will remain only when there is good sleep. That is why it is necessary to have a disciplined routine with a well-organized diet, so that the body remains healthy.

In our country, people used to get long life only by the use of Ayurveda and there was no trace of diseases, but as we came into the modern era, we changed the way we live our lives. In modern life, from waking up in the morning to going to sleep at night, we are completely dependent on materialistic and luxurious resorts.
